The sofware Turbeau has been developed for the foundation for Innovation in Valais BlueArk by the Laboratory of Hydraulic Construction of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology by Jérome Dubois (actually HydroCosmos). This simple and very user friendly tool allows evaluating the hydro power potential of a small or micro hydro power plan. It is particularly adapted plants in a drinkable water network.
